At KPM Lodge, we strive to provide the best service to our customers. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged for the first night's stay.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is received. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that any transaction fees incurred during the booking process are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Reservations

Some reservations may be marked as non-refundable. In such cases, no refunds will be issued regardless of the cancellation time. Please review the terms of your reservation carefully before booking.

Changes to Reservations

If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact us. Changes to the reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
